Eduard Albert Billy Meier is a over 70 year old man living in Hinterschmidruti, Switzerland. Billy was born in Bulach, Switzerland in 1937 on February 3rd. February the 3rd is an interesting date as another important Man that lived 2000 years ago was also born on that date and has connections to Billy as I have investigated on the Jmmanuel section of this site. He comes from a relative normal family in respect that his family was not rich or a family that had much power on the Earth. His Father, Julius was a shoemaker and his mother was named Bertha.
Billy is the second born in a family of seven children. He received the name "Billy" when he was traveling and working in Tehran. He looked like Billy The Kid from the Wild Western movies and since then he has been widely known as Billy.
Today Billy is neither a member of a Political or Secret Service. He has not made money or profited from his experiences in he's life. He works on writing the Teaching of Truth, Teaching of Spirit, Teaching of Life and knowledge into books which are all in German with some translations into other languages. Billy speaks other languages as in English and Greek but he writes everything in German as he says is the best language for writing down everything just as it must be.
Billy is not a member of any religious group nor has he started any religion with what he teaches. Billy has however made friends with religious followers in different parts of the world and has been able to learn from his experiences with them. From my own point of view from looking at Billy through videos and what others who have been close to him and worked with him I would say this. He is a very intelligent man and has much to offer. He has never spoken in a racist manor or has never turned away any persons from what he teaches. He is a relative quiet man, very humble and loving.

There is not much if any information on Earth to collaborate the existence of this Prophet so therefore it is impossible to verify this information. There is however overwhelming information in the contact notes of Billy's discussion with Ptaah, See page "Human Visitors" - The Contact Persons and pages under "Creation"

Here Billy has been given a brief account of who Nokodemion was. We can get from this that Nokodemion was a great leader of the forefathers of Lyra and Vega systems and his Spirit Form, in this time, is of the age 86,000,000,000 years back in time calculated in Earth Years. This is long before Human life on Earth and indeed in our Milky Way. We can also get from Ptaahs account of Nokodemion that he reached a high level of evolution up to the level of Arahat Athersata, See pages under "Creation"
The Spirit Form of Nokodemion then agreed to re enter the material life cycle in order to help bring knowledge and wisdom to his people. This Spirit incarnated many times as a Prophet to perform his missions of bringing about the truth to his people and thus bring them out of degeneration and onto the correct path of true creational evolvement.
From the information from FIGU and Billy's own words what information can we find on Nokodemion. From a publication from Steelmark titled "Billy Meier Answers Questions" - Excerpts from the 1988 and 1995 personal interviews Billy is asked a question on why he was chosen by the Plejaren.

| Q:You had your first contact with extraterrestrials at the age of 5 years; afterwards you lived for a long time in India, as well as other places; it appears you had been prepared for your task. Why were you apparently chosen for it? |
| A: In 1942 I began my first contacts with extraterrestrials at the age of 5, with Sfath, the grandfather of Semjase, the Pleiadian female. To start with I learned a lot through my association with him regarding the spiritual teachings and existence and function of Creation’s laws and commandments, as well as the use of mental (spirit) telepathy, so that the communication between Sfath and myself could be accomplished in this manner. Beginning in 1944, during numerous visits on his beamship, Sfath explained to me many things and informed me about important data concerning many fields of knowledge, humanities, history, Creation and evolution, incidents and facts, etc., which I had to learn and retain in my memory. This was usually accomplished through electronically induced, deep hypnosis. He explained to me at a later date that due to our mutual efforts my understanding had grown to that of a 35-year old person, even though in reality I was only 7 years old, and that this knowledge would still increase manifold in the coming years. I was told that I would have the highest degree of spiritual evolution of any human being on Earth regarding spiritual knowledge, understanding, and ability. | Thus, the necessary requirements and propensities for a meaningful collaboration between the extraterrestrials and me were established and renewed in accordance with my previous lives, as had been the case already for the mission since ancient times. Furthermore, the spiritually and physically very advanced Pleiadians are able to maintain personal, i.e., physical contact only with those Earth humans who have reached the high spiritual level of evolution necessary for the physical and telepathic contacts and for meaningful dialogues. Billy's answer here really speaks for it self. Here we have Billy openly describing why the Plejaren chose him for their mission on Earth and there is a clear connection to Billy (The Spirit Form) and the ancient Prophet and leader Nokodemion. What is interesting here is that Billy tells of performing missions as a Prophet on the Lyra and Vega systems which from the above Contact Report 238 we are told did not have Human life on Planets in these systems at the earlier time before Nokodemion lead people to the Lyra and Vega systems. Also from all this information we know that these two systems, plus more, was colonized by the ancient people lead by Nokodemion's/Billy's Spirit Form.
Henok
Henok, who is also known as Enoch is mentioned in the "OM - The Book of Books" which Billy wrote. On Earth we have writings on Henok (Enoch). Now I cannot confirm the accuracy of the copy of "The Book Of Enoch" as I cannot confirm the true date and author of the copy I have. However looking into the text in "The Book Of Enoch" I have found some interesting things.

Here we read that Enoch is claimed to be a holy person and saw the visions of God in the Heavens. If we assume that Heavens means Space then we can assume that Enoch was in touch some how with Beings from Space. It mentions here also that Enoch lived in a time when there was great problems on Earth and "all wickedness and godless are to be removed". So we can understand that Enoch was here to perform a mission or/and as a Prophet.
Can we verify this with any information from Billy's writings?

Just from this little excerpt we can cross reference what was written in "The Book Of Enoch" and in the "OM". Here Billy's writings say that peoples on Earth were sent Prophets from ancient days. Then he names them and Henok (Enoch) is the first he names. There are also references here to the other Prophets in the list mentioned at the beginning of this section so it is worth keeping this in mind for the next Prophets in this section.
Also from this Billy writes that they was selected by a JHWH (See page "Human Visitors" - The Contact Persons and pages under "Creation"). AN JHWH is referred to as a God. So Enoch in his writings may well have been referring to a JHWH. What is clear just by looking at at these two writings is that Henok (Enoch) is mentioned as being a Prophet (Righteous Man), sent to Earth, Eyes opened by a higher Being (God/JHWH) and had a mission of teaching Humans great knowledge of life.
Also from Billy Meier's "OM" the following
| OM was written down by Billy Meier between 10th May 1983 and 9th October 1984. Published in 1988, OM is described as "The book of books", and as Billy's greatest work. Its over 455, A4 pages comprise 77 canons. Each canon contains a number of verses being a multiple of seven. The parts of OM which, we are told were in the Ur* OM written down by Henok, were delivered by Plejaren leader, JHWH Ptaah, by telepathic means. (Ptaah has been among those who have also visited Billy Meier in person many times and verbally relayed information that way too, the results of which can be read in the volumes of published contact notes.) OM's ancient proverbs of wisdom, (some rhyming), were reproduced through Billy’s own efforts, and, apart from sections which are the words of Semjase, the daughter of the JHWH, all remaining teachings, proverbs, explanations and clarifications come from Billy, who is the New Age Prophet. |
Here it mentions that some of the parts of the "OM" are taken or written down by Henok and these parts was delivered to him by JHWH (God) Ptaah. If we go back to the above excerpt from "The Book Of Enoch" its is said that Enoch's eyes were open by God. Very interesting similarities. Another interesting similarity I have found is the name Semjase in the "OM" and Semjaza in "The Book Of Enoch". Following are excerpts from "The Book Of Enoch".

In both writings the similar name Semjaza and Semjase is mentioned and they are both mentioned as not being people of Earth. Enoch is also mentioned in Bible stories and Biblical writings. If you are going to look into Henok (Enoch) further then I would suggest this area of research. However you must be careful when reading Bibles or old scriptures as many have been corrupted and re written and changed.
Henoch
There are mentions to Henoch in the Bible but I have found from what I have looked at, the name Henoch has been miss represented and the name Henoch has been mixed with the name Enoch. Thus they are represented as the same person. So I have decided not to use the information from Bible stories. I cannot find any accurate information about Henoch from any Earth bound source so it is impossible to verify Henoch is this way.
In Billy Meier's contacts are Prophecies and Predictions which are told to us are the Prophesies and Predictions of Henoch by the Plejaren. The Prophesies have somewhat been investigated by Michael Horn. Michael Horn is an Official USA Representative of FIGU and the Billy Meier case. I have looked at some of the Prophesies and the following are the results.

Here Quetzal (Plejaren) giving Billy an account of the a part of the Henoch Prophesies. Cloning is mentioned here in 1987 that Humans will be cloned for use in War by scientists and Governments. Here it is said that Cloning of Stem Cells and the reprogramming of cells is being researched. If reprogramming of cells can be done by Scientist then it could be possible to reprogram cells for a specific purpose or create "designer" Humans. So we have the Henoch Prophesies in "Contact Note 215" in 1987 and two articles relating to Cloning dated well after 1987. In the excerpt of "Contact Note 215" it is mentioned "- clone-like beings which will be bred in a total lack of conscience and will be scientifically manipulated to become killer machines". Elia
There is an abundance of evidence on Earth of a Prophet that lived before the time of Jmmanuel (Jesus). Elia is named Elias in the Catholic religion and Elijah in many other religions including the Qur'an. I'm not going to get into the difference's in names and religious corruption and manipulation of truth, we can all find many things in religious writings which are different from other religions and indeed different in different versions of the Bible for the same religions. I am only presenting evidence from Earth Humans writings of the name and Prophet Elia. So what evidence of this Prophet on Earth is there?

Straight off here with have Earth Human writings about a Prophet Elia and the religion refers to him as a saint living in the 9th century. From the list of Prophets, given to us by the Plejaren, at the top of this section we see Elia was living 2,899 years ago which would place him in the 9th century. He again we see the 9th century mentioned. Very interesting that this says Elia "Did not die but was carried skyward in a chariot of fire, he will return to prophesy once more before the end times". Assuming that a chariot of fire is a craft or traveling machine we could connect this to Space Travelers (The Plejaren?). Also mentioning he will return to prophesy once more before the end times.

So we have clear evidence from Earth Human writings about a Prophet named Elia and him returning. Clear evidence that it is mentioned he lived in the 9th century BC, 2,899 from the Plejaren list of Prophets.
From Billy's contacts with the Plejaren we have been given knowledge of the fact that the Plejaren also know of the Prophet Elia and have relayed his Prophesies to us. The Prophesies of Elia talk about present time on Earth and mention Eduard (Billy Meier) as the Prophet of the new age.

We see clearly that Elia is Prophesizing the return of his Spirit Form (and will be a continuation in the living again of those prophets who were before me as "other personalities of me"). Elia also mentions that the herald of the new time that he's hands write down the words of those from the stars. Billy writes down everything himself from the contacts he has with the Plejaren. Billy also writes all his books on creational teachings and teaching of the spirit. We can understand from this that Elia Spirit Form was, in past incarnations, a Prophet and will be guided and his teachers will come from the stars.
From the Excerpt above "Wikimapia" was see mentioned that Elia went into the sky on a chariot of fire. From the Plejaren information we can assume these mean the same thing, Visitors from Space.

Clearly we see here that Elia is speaking about all the mentioned Prophets and all of them will be/was the same Spirit Form incarnating in all these Prophets, the same names as the list of Prophets given to us by the Plejaren. He also mentions all of the degenerate things that are in our societies today.

This paragraph is the most important in understanding who this herald/Prophet of the new time is. He names him Eduard. In my view this is the truth and as you will see from the next Prophets this is backed up by their knowledge.
In conclusion to Elia you can clearly find over whelming evidence that supports the claims made in the Billy Meier contact case that he Eduard Meier is this new age Prophet and his Spirit Form is indeed that which has incarnated as a Prophet, not only on Earth, many times to fore fill the tasks of teaching Humans the truth of Creation and the Laws of Creation. In the Earth Human writings Elia is Prophesized as returning and logically a Human cannot return to the material life in the same body so the only other logical explanation is that he will re incarnate into a new body.

Jmmanuel is mentioned in the Old Testament of some Bibles. There are different spellings to the same person in different Bibles. Jmmanuel is the Spelling we get from the Plejaren in Billy's contact notes, Emmanuel or Immanuel are two distinctive versions meaning the same person in religious writings. There is an abundance of evidence for a Prophet named Jmmanuel in the Billy Meier contact case and an abundance of evidence for Emmanuel/Immanuel in Earth religions.

Here Billy speaks about the teachings of Jmmanuel and the teaching he him self teaches. That they must stay the same in respect of the truth. So we have clear mentions of Jmmanuel and that the Prophet of this time (Billy) was reasonably the Spirit Form incarnated as Jmmanuel.

"FIGU Bulletin N0. 4" can be found HERE
Billy clearly answers the question and here is mentioned again that Mohammed is the incarnation of the same Spirit Form as Jmmanuel. We have this evidence from Elia and the "OM". Billy also mentions the role of Mohammed as a Prophet and that his mission was to "curb Christianity and precipitate its disappearance". Interestingly Billy also mentions that the original Teachings or both Mohammed and Jmmanuel have been changed and thus the teaching of these Prophets in religious writings is not the true teachings of these Prophets.
In Conclusion
Looking at the evidence given to us by the Plejaren and from Billy we can clearly see that there is a lot of evidence that supports the claim that the Spirit Form that has incarnated in Billy Meier is indeed the same Spirit Form in the previous mentioned Prophets. I cannot find, in my own research any false or contradicting claims about this area of the information that would cast doubts weather this incarnating Spirit Form information is untrue or a story. From Earth Human writings there is much contradicting information in the writings of the Prophets in regard to the religions they have been placed in. However in the writings of the religions there can be parts that would suggest that these Prophets did exist and indeed had help from "Higher Beings", so to speak, or other world influence.
The information from the Prophets in the Plejaren and Billy's writings leads to the fact that these Prophets all had a similar mission of bringing truth to Earth Humans and did not once ever start a religion or say they was either a God or here to start any religion. From the Earth writings things can become unclear as to who these Prophets were and what their purpose was here on Earth.
For myself I believe that the information from Billy and the Plejaren is true because the information is consistent throughout the different contact notes and of what Billy has wrote. Also it makes sense that the same Spirit Form of higher evolvement would be used in each Prophet and that incarnation is a fact of life. Where the different religious writings are different in consistency and have many contradicting claims as to these Prophets returning. Also in the religious writings it is not possible of the same Human to return as the same person (Looking the same etc). They do not mention incarnation or offer any information as to the nature if life.
Billy Meier's Life Now As A Prophet.
Most of Billy Meier's personal life is not know which is understandable, other aspects of his life I feel are also private so I am only going to talk about his life experiences as regard to extraterrestrial influences in his life in respect to him being a Prophet. Billy had his first experience with UFO's in the summer of 1942 when he was 5 years old. He and his father both saw a large silver disk fly over them and stop. then fly off again. In the same year Billy had a telepathic contact from a man who later, he would find out was a Man not of this Earth. Billy did not confide in his Mother of Father about these telepathic contacts but sought the help from a religious man, Father Zimmermann. Father Zimmermann explained to Billy what telepathy is. Father Zimmermann was contacted by SFath, a Plejaren man by telepathy before Billy had gone to him.
Towards the end of this year in November Billy had a physical contact with Sfath and was taken aboard Sfath's space craft. Sfath and Billy had numerous contacts together both telepathically and physically until 1953 when the contacts then stopped with Sfath. Sfath was contacting Billy as to teach him about his life and his previous lives. Sfath also taught Billy abundance of knowledge about spiritual and material truths and reality. Sfath took Billy to meet various leaders and people on Earth. Sfath had contacted each of these people before taking Billy to meet them. These include Gandhi, Haile Selassie and Saddam Hussein (when he was young and had not come into power).
After Sfath had stopped contacting Billy another voice was telepathically heard in his head. This voice was a female voice. Her name was Asket from the DAL universe and was also another teacher for Billy to prepare him for his life as a Prophet. For the next 11 years Billy together with Asket made many travels in the past and into the future. One trip involved going back in time to visit Jmmanuel before Jmmanuel was crucified. On this trip into the past Billy spoke to Jmmanuel and learned many things from him. One thing he learned was that Jmmanuel had knowledge of Billy's visit before they met and Jmmanuel told Billy that he (Billy) was the foretold Prophet that will bring his (Jmmanuel's) true teaching back to the Earth people.
Another trip Billy and Asket made was to Egypt, not in the past or future. There they both went into the bottom of the Great Pyramid of the Giza Plato (for more information on this see "Earth" - page Religions). Billy traveled through Europe and Asia with Asket where he was able to learn many things that would also prepare him for is life as a Prophet, and indeed he learned many things and was open to many truths about Earth and the history of Earth from Asket.
After Billy's time with Asket Billy was left to make his own way in life without contacts from any extraterrestrials. Billy traveled to India where he lost his Left Arm in a Bus accident in 1965. Billy met his wife Kalliope in Saloniki, Greece also in 1965. They married 2 months after meeting and with Kalliope they traveled and lived in Turkey and India as well as other countries. Billy had 3 children - first was Gilgamesha (September 9, 1967) his daughter and 2 sons Atlantis-Sokrates (August 9, 1970) and Methusalem (October 31, 1973). Billy had returned to Switzerland before Atlantis was born.
January 1975 Billy's contacts started again with a Plejaren women named Semjase. This was the first of over 250 contacts with the Plejaren and others from different Planets. The contacts stopped on a official basis in 1996 for many reasons but mainly because of Billy's poor health at that time. Contacts since 1996 have still been happening both physical and telepathic, the contacts from 1975 are the core of Billy's mission related contacts. He had contacts with Semjase, Quetzel, Ptaah, Asket, Menara and many others. All the about 250 official contacts have been written down in form of the Contact Notes/Contact Reports and are all in Germen, however translations are being made and Billy and FIGU make sure every translation is accurate to the best it can be.
Through Billy's life he has been able to learn many things that no one else on Earth can do. His force of spirit and his understandings of Nature, Life and Creation have allowed him to learn Telepathy, Levitation (of objects and possible himself), Visions (future visions and dream visions), symbol language that higher evolved Spirit Forms in our Universe use for Telepathy, Symbol language to access the Storage Banks of Earth (Pasts knowledge and wisdom of past lives) and many other things. Just to add that these abilities are not miracles or involve any magic or cult rituals. We all can learn and evolve to be able to do the same things as Billy. We still have a lot to learn.
